Mount Carmel Grove City

Walker Consultants performed a parking supply and demand study for Mount Carmel Health as it planned its new Grove City Hospital. Walker then provided functional design and structural/mechanical/electrical engineering for the parking structure.
This cast-in-place post-tensioned garage has 318 spaces with one level above grade, and was designed for a future one-level vertical expansion. A precast and masonry façade provides an attractive appearance that harmonizes with the adjacent hospital buildings.
