Liberty Center is mixed-use center designed from the ground up with completion in late 2015. A variety of retail, restaurants, entertainment, office, and residential options are provided within the development. Off-street parking options include three well placed parking structures with over 1,700 spaces located around the site offering user friendly flat floor design with direct access to the roadway. Given the limited capacity of each level, it was important to communicate available parking to reduce frustration and the time needed to find a parking space. Walker provided complete design solution, including specifications, drawings, bidding assistance, construction administration, testing, and acceptance for the automated parking guidance system.
