Scott Ashley is Principal-in-Charge of Design for New York. He joined Walker in 2008 and has a combined 21 years of experience in design, restoration and forensic engineering. As a structural engineer, Scott has experience in the design of precast and cast-in-place concrete parking structures. He also has experience in the evaluation and repair of existing structures. As a Project Manager, he has gained valuable experience in new structural and restoration work.
Scott plays an integral part in providing quality assurance to clients thorough understanding of all aspects related to the design and restoration of multi-level parking facilities. Scott’s recent project experience includes performing as the Engineer of Record for the LIRR expansion garages (Mineola North and Westbury North parking garages), the Metro-North Garage in Harrison, New York, and the Stamford Transportation Center in Stamford, Connecticut. He was also the Project Manager of the 1,120 space East Parking Garage at LaGuardia Airport and 919 space Wyandanch Intermodal Facility in Wyandanch, NY.
