Andrew is a Parking and Mobility Consultant in Walker’s downtown Chicago office. He manages projects involving comprehensive municipal parking plans, parking supply and demand analyses, transportation master planning, transportation demand management, parking operations and management, financial feasibility/market analyses, and hospital, university, and airport parking and mobility plans.
With a background in urban and regional planning, Andrew specializes in parking supply right-sizing through the analysis of area land uses and transportation mode choices. He is knowledgeable in the mechanisms of the built environment and how it interacts at the human scale. Andrew is also acutely aware of the importance of preemptive thinking when considering the rapidly changing landscape in transportation planning through technological improvements and evolving customer behaviors. Andrew joined Walker as a Planning Analyst in 2016 after working as an Analyst for a consulting firm specializing in public assembly venue planning.
