Ryan Carris is a Senior Restoration Consultant and Project Manager in Walker’s Chicago West office, where he is responsible for evaluation, design, and project management. Ryan has over twenty years of experience investigating and evaluating the contributing causes of distress and construction-related defects on various structures, including medium and high-rise buildings, parking structures, athletic stadiums, and commercial and residential buildings. Investigations have involved cast-in-place concrete, precast/prestressed concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, steel, and timber. Ryan is co-author of “Chapter 15, Maintenance and Repair” in the International Parking Institute’s “Guide to Parking” textbook.
