Eric is the Director of Planning for Walker’s downtown Chicago office. He specializes in providing parking system financial, operations, planning, and management consulting services to both public and private clients. With a background in finance and economics, Eric has developed long-term financial models for the parking systems of large and small municipalities, hospitals, airports, event venues, hotels, and mixed-use developments.
Eric’s work has also included planning studies, shared-use analyses, providing input into zoning requirements for parking, developing parking rate and fee schedules, advising on residential permit parking programs, and evaluating the organization and management of various parking systems. Eric was also a member of the first class of certified Parksmart Advisors (formerly Green Garage Assessors) and has successfully guided several parking facility owners through the Parksmart Certification process.
