Sara Holcomb has more than 14 years of experience with building enclosures includes various facility types, such as high-rise office buildings and hotels, residential buildings, parking garages, as well as government and university campuses across the United States.
Highlights from Sara’s engineering consulting background include historic restoration, roofing and waterproofing design, and forensic leak investigations. Her past project experience includes condition assessments, steel and concrete structural analysis, construction administration, repair and restoration design, building enclosure peer review, and New York City façade ordinance inspections.
Her material expertise includes structural steel; concrete, brick, and stone masonry; and various sealant, roofing, and waterproofing systems. Sara is a licensed PE in multiple states and a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) in New York City.
