Brad is a Vice President and Managing Principal for both Chicago offices. He has over twenty years of experience at Walker and is currently responsible for overseeing the production and Quality Assurance process for all projects managed through our Chicago-based offices. Brad is recognized as an industry leader in parking functional design. In addition to being a parking expert, Brad brings experience in post-tensioned and precast/prestressed concrete design and is a licensed professional engineer. He has been involved in many sustainable design projects. In 2011, he served as Project Manager at the Des Plaines Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, IL, which was awarded LEED Gold. It was the first casino development in the United States to do so. Brad incorporated state-of-the-art features such as an intelligent Parking Guidance System, high-efficiency LED lighting, green trellis walls, and the use of recycled and regional materials into the design.
