Justin is a Restoration Consultant in the Indianapolis office, primarily responsible for assessing and restoring parking structures and leading the office’s construction administration efforts for restoration projects throughout the Central region.
Justin has more than fifteen years of experience performing site investigations, condition assessments, preparation of contract documents, and construction administrative services. He has been involved in various parking-related restoration projects, including water and air infiltration testing and roof assessments for building envelopes. He has led the efforts in multiple restoration projects, including the project manager for asphalt-related projects and parking structure repairs. He works across several markets, including private developers, universities, and healthcare clients.
