William (Bill) is a Restoration Consultant in Walker’s Indianapolis office. He specializes in forensics and restoration projects and has assisted his clients throughout the country. Since starting at Walker, Bill has developed expert knowledge on a multitude of project types, including in-place construction defects, fire damage evaluations, construction materials issues, and deterioration of post-tensioned and precast concrete structures.
Bill has managed projects and provides restoration solutions to clients in the healthcare, gaming, education, hospitality, and government fields. Bill solves challenging questions and offers unique and cost-effective solutions to his clients to repair and maintain their assets. Bill often works with clients on phased approaches to repair and address the most critical deterioration while balancing client budget considerations. This phased approach has been shown to help clients budget for long-term maintenance and reduce the potential for unforeseen accelerated deterioration.
