University of Tennessee Medical Center (UTMC) requested Walker conduct a parking supply and demand study for its medical campus and hospital in Knoxville. Walker assessed current and future parking adequacy on campus in anticipation of future growth in services

Walker identified the recommended supply needed to meet the needs of the campus and provided analysis to inform the sizing and design of a proposed parking facility. Through its parking analysis, Walker identified the performance of existing parking assets. Walker’s projections informed the project design team on functional design and space requirements.
